Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in IT sales or related fields. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (cold calling, email outreach, networking, etc.).
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions offered by Scintill Infotech.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and sales meetings.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with the internal technical team to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT services or software solutions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and present them in simple terms.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
