You will be the backbone of smooth clinical operations, ensuring patients receive compassionate support and efficient service from intake to discharge. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about making a difference in patients&rsquo; lives, this is the perfect role for you!Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist physician during Mohs surgical procedures</li><li>Collect patient histories, and medication information accurately using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems</li><li>Prepare and maintain sterile surgical field</li><li>Set up and break down procedure rooms</li><li>Assist with closures, bandaging, and wound care</li><li>Manage medical supplies and equipment, including sterilization and inventory</li><li>Remove sutures and provide post-operative care instructions</li><li>Prepare biopsy and pathology specimens</li></ul>Scribing &amp; Documentation:<ul><li>Provide real-time scribing during patient visits</li><li>Accurately document history, physical exam findings, procedures, and treatment plans in EMR</li><li>Ensure complete and compliant charting</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years Mohs surgery experience required</li><li>Dermatology experience strongly preferred</li><li>Prior medical scribing experience required</li><li>Strong knowledge of sterile technique</li><li>Excellent typing and documentation skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure</li><li>EMR experience (ModMed preferred, if applicable)</li><li>Professional, compassionate bedside manner</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with dermatologic pathology workflows</li><li>Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding basics</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Professional and supportive work environment</li><li>Growth opportunities within dermatology</li></ul>Step into a fulfilling career where your skills make a real difference in patients&rsquo; lives.
