About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will support various HR functions and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, documentation, employee engagement, and HR operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).</li><li>Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.</li><li>Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.</li><li>Help in organizing employee engagement activities and events.</li><li>Assist in preparing HR documents, letters, and reports.</li><li>Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.</li><li>Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability.</li></ul>Eligibility<ul><li>Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master&rsquo;s degree in HR, Management, or related field.</li><li>Freshers can also apply.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Stipend out of pocket expenses</li><li>Hands-on HR experience.</li><li>Opportunity to work closely with HR professionals.</li><li>Internship certificate and potential full-time opportunity based on performance.</li></ul>Job Types: Fresher, Internship Contract length: 12 monthsPay: &#8377;8,000.00 - &#8377;10,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
