About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will support various HR functions and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, documentation, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
  • Help in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Assist in preparing HR documents, letters, and reports.
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability.

Eligibility

  • Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
  • Freshers can also apply.
