As we continue to expand, we're seeking a Customer Support Recepitionist to join our team!Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for our customers, answering phone calls, emails &amp; text messages and addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.</li><li>Appointment Scheduling: Assist customers in setting up appointments for service calls, installations, and maintenance.</li><li>Communication: Effectively communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Administrative Support: Perform various administrative duties as needed, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office organization.</li><li>Community Engagement: Participate in company-sponsored community events to represent our brand and connect with local customers.</li></ul>Ideal Candidate:<ul><li>Strong Communication Skills: Clear and professional in verbal and written communication.</li><li>Customer-Focused: Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Multitasking Ability: Comfortable handling multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with phone systems, scheduling software, and basic office equipment.</li><li>Team Player: Collaborative with a positive attitude, willing to contribute to the success of the team.</li><li>Adaptable: Ability to handle a fluctuating workload and adapt to seasonal demands.</li></ul>Position Details:<ul><li>Schedule: We are hiring for both Part-Time and Full-Time positions.
