Location: Coeur D'Alene
Position Type: Part-Time and Full-Time (Weekend and Weekday Shifts Available) Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, also Saturday & Sunday day shift, 4-6hours.
Seasonal Position (Layoff in Winter Months)
Pay: Starting at $19/hour

We are a trusted sprinkler, irrigation, and backflow company proudly serving Idaho and Eastern Washington. As we continue to expand, we're seeking a Customer Support Recepitionist to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for our customers, answering phone calls, emails & text messages and addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Appointment Scheduling: Assist customers in setting up appointments for service calls, installations, and maintenance.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Administrative Support: Perform various administrative duties as needed, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office organization.
• Community Engagement: Participate in company-sponsored community events to represent our brand and connect with local customers.

• Strong Communication Skills: Clear and professional in verbal and written communication.
• Customer-Focused: Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Multitasking Ability: Comfortable handling multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with phone systems, scheduling software, and basic office equipment.
• Team Player: Collaborative with a positive attitude, willing to contribute to the success of the team.
• Adaptable: Ability to handle a fluctuating workload and adapt to seasonal demands.

Position Details:

• Schedule: We are hiring for both Part-Time and Full-Time positions. Shifts available for weekdays and weekends.
• Seasonal Role: This is a seasonal position, with layoff in the winter months (approximately 3–4 months).
• Pay: Starting at $19/hour with opportunities for growth and determined based on experience.
