You&rsquo;re familiar with all the techy lingo related to SEO so you can make sure our website is a powerhouse. You have that rare combination of right and left brain, keeping the creative energy high, without compromising on organization and implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation<ul><li>Responsible for the marketing strategy</li><li>Creatively brainstorm prospecting activities and potential expansion of the marketing plan</li><li>Drive consistent inbound leads by managing SEO, paid ads, social channels and community involvement</li><li>Maintain lead capture system: Hubspot</li><li>Coordinate and track marketing campaigns</li><li>Partner with the sales team to qualify leads, track pipeline metrics and adjust strategies to meet goals</li><li>Continue to nurture prospects and active clients through gifting and events</li></ul>Website Management<ul><li>Design and User Experience</li><li>Performance and technical health</li><li>SEO + Visibility</li><li>Content Creation and Management</li></ul>Social Media<ul><li>Prepares frequent posts on Instagram (posts and stories) and Facebook</li></ul>Print Advertising<ul><li>Strategize the most relevant and effective publications to appear in</li><li>Point of contact with advertisers</li><li>Prepares advertisements</li></ul>Internal Branding<ul><li>Manage the various ways our brand appears (signage, uniforms, internal documents)</li><li>Branding and formatting our internal processes, forms and templates</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $23.00 - $32.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Parental leave</li></ul>Work Location: In person
