Summary

Scovell Remodeling is trying to change the way people experience remodeling. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to set us apart from the run of the mill contractor.

If you’re the perfect fit for this position, you believe that effective brand experience starts internally within a company and then flows outwardly to clients and neighbors. You love how social media can be a way to inspire, educate and connect. You are passionate about aligning a wide variety of media – advertisements, internal documents, etc. - to be cohesive and visually stimulating. You’re familiar with all the techy lingo related to SEO so you can make sure our website is a powerhouse. You have that rare combination of right and left brain, keeping the creative energy high, without compromising on organization and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

• Responsible for the marketing strategy
• Creatively brainstorm prospecting activities and potential expansion of the marketing plan
• Drive consistent inbound leads by managing SEO, paid ads, social channels and community involvement
• Maintain lead capture system: Hubspot
• Coordinate and track marketing campaigns
• Partner with the sales team to qualify leads, track pipeline metrics and adjust strategies to meet goals
• Continue to nurture prospects and active clients through gifting and events

Website Management

• Design and User Experience
• Performance and technical health
• SEO + Visibility
• Content Creation and Management

Social Media

• Prepares frequent posts on Instagram (posts and stories) and Facebook

Print Advertising

• Strategize the most relevant and effective publications to appear in
• Point of contact with advertisers
• Prepares advertisements

Internal Branding

• Manage the various ways our brand appears (signage, uniforms, internal documents)
• Branding and formatting our internal processes, forms and templates

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour
