Whether you're passionate about fine dining or enjoy working in a bustling nightclub setting, this position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills and grow within the food service industry.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance their dining experience</li><li>Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Square POS, or Foodhub, ensuring all special requests are noted</li><li>Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and food safety protocols</li><li>Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while providing honest recommendations</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities</li><li>Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting seamless operations during busy hours</li><li>Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, address concerns promptly, and enhance overall guest satisfaction</li><li>Assist with food handling and basic food preparation when needed, ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed</li><li>Help create espressos and all drink recipes that follow with it</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings</li><li>Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and sales tracking</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that energizes the team and guests alike</li><li>Effective time management to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours</li><li>Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest trust and satisfaction</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Previous experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles or food industry roles is highly desirable</li><li>Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure smooth restaurant operations</li></ul>Join us as a Server where your passion for hospitality meets an energetic environment!
