This role is ideal for someone passionate about paper crafting, scrapbooking, stamping, and hands-on creative work, with strong coordination and customer engagement skills.Position SummaryThe Craft Coordinator will assist in planning, organizing, and facilitating craft workshops, events, and retail support activities. You will help create a welcoming and inspiring environment for customers and workshop participants while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of crafting sessions and inventory support.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, prepare, and coordinate craft workshops, classes, and events</li><li>Demonstrate scrapbooking, stamping, and other paper craft techniques</li><li>Assist customers with project ideas, product selection, and crafting guidance</li><li>Prepare materials, kits, and tools needed for workshops</li><li>Maintain organized and well-stocked crafting supplies and inventory</li><li>Support social media content creation with craft projects and visuals</li><li>Ensure cleanliness and setup of the crafting workspace before and after sessions</li><li>Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times</li><li>Assist in promoting workshops and events to increase participation</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Passion for arts, crafts, scrapbooking, and stamping</li><li>Previous experience in crafting, teaching workshops, or retail arts/crafts environment is an advantage</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Creative mindset with attention to detail</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Basic knowledge of social media platforms is a plus</li></ul>Preferred Qualities<ul><li>Energetic and customer-focused personality</li><li>Experience with DIY crafts, card making, or paper crafting tools</li><li>Ability to inspire and guide beginners in crafting activities</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A creative and supportive work environment</li><li>Opportunity to grow within a craft-focused business</li><li>Hands-on involvement in workshops and events</li><li>Exposure to a vibrant crafting community in Doha</li></ul>Pay: Up to QAR630,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
