Scrap and Stamp with Sue LLC is seeking a creative, organized, and enthusiastic Craft Coordinator to join our growing team in Doha. This role is ideal for someone passionate about paper crafting, scrapbooking, stamping, and hands-on creative work, with strong coordination and customer engagement skills.

Position Summary

The Craft Coordinator will assist in planning, organizing, and facilitating craft workshops, events, and retail support activities. You will help create a welcoming and inspiring environment for customers and workshop participants while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of crafting sessions and inventory support.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and coordinate craft workshops, classes, and events
• Demonstrate scrapbooking, stamping, and other paper craft techniques
• Assist customers with project ideas, product selection, and crafting guidance
• Prepare materials, kits, and tools needed for workshops
• Maintain organized and well-stocked crafting supplies and inventory
• Support social media content creation with craft projects and visuals
• Ensure cleanliness and setup of the crafting workspace before and after sessions
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times
• Assist in promoting workshops and events to increase participation

Requirements

• Passion for arts, crafts, scrapbooking, and stamping
• Previous experience in crafting, teaching workshops, or retail arts/crafts environment is an advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms is a plus

Preferred Qualities

• Energetic and customer-focused personality
• Experience with DIY crafts, card making, or paper crafting tools
• Ability to inspire and guide beginners in crafting activities
