Navdesh Autos LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Automotive Coordinator to join our team in Lusail. The Automotive Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily automotive operations, ensuring efficient workflow between departments, and maintaining high standards of customer service and vehicle management.

Key Responsibilities

The Automotive Coordinator will manage coordination between service advisors, technicians, and parts departments to ensure smooth vehicle servicing and delivery processes. This role includes scheduling vehicle maintenance and repair appointments, tracking job progress, and ensuring timely completion of all work orders.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of vehicle intake, repair status, and delivery timelines. Regular communication with customers regarding service updates, estimates, and completion schedules is a key part of the role.

In addition, the Automotive Coordinator will assist in inventory monitoring for automotive parts and consumables, ensuring stock availability and supporting procurement needs when necessary. You will help enforce quality control standards and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive service coordination or a similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with automotive systems, repair processes, or workshop operations is an advantage
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and job tracking software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
