Job Summary:
Arteem Vidros LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Glass Products Coordinator to manage the planning, tracking, and coordination of glass products throughout the production and delivery cycle. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between sales, production, logistics, and clients, ensuring that all glass products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations related to glass product orders, from order confirmation to delivery
• Liaise with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion
• Monitor inventory levels of glass materials and finished products
• Track order progress and provide regular updates to internal teams and clients
• Ensure all glass products meet company quality standards and specifications
• Handle documentation including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes
• Assist in resolving any issues related to delays, damages, or incorrect orders
• Maintain accurate records of product specifications, client requirements, and order histories
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in coordination processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in coordination, logistics, or manufacturing (glass or construction industry preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with glass products, materials, and fabrication processes
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or construction environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Working Conditions:

• Based in Doha, Qatar
• May require coordination with warehouse or production floor teams
• Standard working hours with occasional extended hours depending on project demands
