Position Overview
We are seeking a Packaging Coordinator to oversee and manage daily packaging operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, product knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between suppliers, clients, and internal teams. The Packaging Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Belpac LLC’s reputation for excellence in packaging services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate packaging activities including design, production, and distribution.
• Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of packaging solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of packaging materials, inventory, and project documentation.
• Support marketing initiatives and product branding through packaging innovation.
• Prepare reports on packaging performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist in organizing product launches, promotional campaigns, and client presentations.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s packaging regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Design, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in packaging coordination, production, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, processes, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and inventory management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
