Mold Design Coordinator

Position Overview
We are seeking a Mold Design Coordinator to oversee and manage daily mold design operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between design teams, clients, and production units. The Mold Design Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining FMPS-Moldes LLC’s reputation for precision and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate mold design projects from concept to completion.
• Liaise with clients to understand design requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with design engineers, production teams, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of design specifications, revisions, and approvals.
• Support budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with company standards.
• Monitor design quality and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s manufacturing regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in mold design or manufacturing coordination.
• Strong knowledge of CAD software, mold design processes, and production workflows.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and design management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
