Position Overview

Studio4Fold LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Design Coordinator to support and streamline our design operations. The role involves coordinating between design teams, clients, and project stakeholders to ensure high-quality creative output, timely delivery, and alignment with project objectives.

The ideal candidate is organized, visually aware, and capable of managing multiple design workflows in a fast-paced studio environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily design activities across multiple projects and teams
• Assist in the development, review, and refinement of design concepts and deliverables
• Ensure design outputs align with brand guidelines, client expectations, and project briefs
• Liaise between designers, project managers, and clients to facilitate smooth communication
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
• Prepare presentation materials, mood boards, and visual documentation
• Maintain organized design files, assets, and version control systems
• Support quality control by reviewing layouts, compositions, and design accuracy
• Assist in sourcing reference materials and design inspiration as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in a design coordination or creative studio role
• Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and visual communication
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Experience in architectural, interior, or branding studios is an advantage
