Job Summary

The Glass Products Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the coordination, handling, and scheduling of glass product orders, deliveries, and installations for Cristales Oriente LLC (Branch) in Al Rayyan. This role ensures smooth communication between clients, suppliers, production teams, and installation crews while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations related to glass product orders, including processing, tracking, and delivery scheduling
  • Liaise with customers to confirm specifications, measurements, and project requirements
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, fabrication teams, and logistics providers to ensure timely production and delivery
  • Review technical drawings, specifications, and project details to ensure accuracy before production
  • Monitor inventory levels of glass materials and related hardware, and assist in procurement planning
  • Schedule installation teams and ensure site readiness before dispatch
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality guidelines during handling and installation processes
  • Resolve order discrepancies, delivery issues, and customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, delivery notes, and project documentation

Requirements

  • Previous experience in glass, construction, or interior finishing industry preferred
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain coordination is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in GCC construction or glass industry projects
