Position Summary

VR Food Products LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Food Export Coordinator to manage and support international food export operations. The role is responsible for coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and maintaining smooth communication between suppliers, logistics partners, and overseas clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end export processes for food products, including order processing, documentation, and shipment scheduling
• Prepare and verify export documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and health certificates
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and destination country requirements
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely deliveries
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays or logistical issues
• Maintain accurate records of export transactions and shipping documentation
• Communicate with international clients regarding order status, shipping updates, and requirements
• Support sales and procurement teams with export-related information and planning
• Assist in improving export procedures and supply chain efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in export coordination, preferably in the food or FMCG industry
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures
• Familiarity with GCC and international trade regulations is an advantage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling perishable food exports
• Knowledge of Incoterms and customs clearance procedures
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
