Job Summary:
GLS-SL LLC (Branch) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the movement of goods, coordinate shipments, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
• Plan and track shipments from origin to final destination
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare and manage shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.)
• Resolve delivery issues, delays, and discrepancies in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
• Analyze logistics performance and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost reduction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software/ERP systems
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in international logistics or freight forwarding
• Familiarity with customs procedures and documentation
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
