Position Overview

TFF International LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive International Trade Coordinator to support and manage global trading operations. The ideal candidate will facilitate import and export processes, ensure compliance with international trade regulations, and coordinate logistics between suppliers, customers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage international import and export shipments from origin to destination
• Prepare and review shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws in relevant markets
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and logistics partners
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders and clients
• Support procurement and sales teams with trade documentation and logistics planning
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve shipping delays or customs issues
• Maintain accurate records of all trade transactions and documentation
• Assist in cost optimization for freight and logistics operations
• Communicate with international suppliers and customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in international trade, logistics, or import/export coordination
• Strong understanding of customs procedures and Incoterms
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/trade management systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Middle East trade operations
• Knowledge of Qatar customs procedures and GCC trade regulations
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
