Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement of steel products from inventory to project sites, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Liaise with the production and warehouse teams to track stock levels and fulfill orders accurately.
• Manage documentation for steel certifications (MTCs), delivery notes, and gate passes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for contractors and site managers regarding order status.
• Assist in the procurement process by obtaining quotes and verifying material specifications.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock data aligns with physical availability.
• Ensure all logistics and handling procedures comply with safety and quality standards.

Skills and Requirements

• Product Knowledge: Understanding of steel grades, dimensions, and structural applications (e.g., ASTM or British Standards).
• Technical Proficiency: Competence in ERP software (such as SAP or Oracle) and Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Coordination Skills: Ability to manage multiple delivery schedules and prioritize urgent site requirements.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in checking material specifications and managing complex documentation.
• Communication: Strong English skills for professional correspondence; ability to communicate effectively with diverse site teams.
