Job Purpose:

Responsible for the end-to-end procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services in support of EPC project execution. The role ensures timely, cost-effective, and compliant purchasing aligned with project specifications, company procedures, and client requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• 5-10 years of procurement experience in Oil & Gas EPC or similar heavy industry
• Strong knowledge of EPC procurement processes and material categories
• Experience handling materials and/or services/subcontracts procurement
• Experience in large-scale EPC projects (onshore/offshore)
• Knowledge of regional and international supplier markets
• Familiarity with Incoterms, logistics, and import/export regulations

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
• Familiarity with international standards (API, ASTM, ISO, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines
