Design CoordinatorStudio4Fold LLC &ndash; Al Rayyan, QatarPosition OverviewStudio4Fold LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Design Coordinator to support and streamline our design operations. The role involves coordinating between design teams, clients, and project stakeholders to ensure high-quality creative output, timely delivery, and alignment with project objectives.The ideal candidate is organized, visually aware, and capable of managing multiple design workflows in a fast-paced studio environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate daily design activities across multiple projects and teams</li><li>Assist in the development, review, and refinement of design concepts and deliverables</li><li>Ensure design outputs align with brand guidelines, client expectations, and project briefs</li><li>Liaise between designers, project managers, and clients to facilitate smooth communication</li><li>Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met</li><li>Prepare presentation materials, mood boards, and visual documentation</li><li>Maintain organized design files, assets, and version control systems</li><li>Support quality control by reviewing layouts, compositions, and design accuracy</li><li>Assist in sourcing reference materials and design inspiration as needed</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in a design coordination or creative studio role</li><li>Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and visual communication</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork abilities</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines</li><li>Experience in architectural, interior, or branding studios is an advantage</li></ul>Preferred Attributes<ul><li>Proactive and solution-oriented mindset</li><li>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively</li><li>Strong aesthetic judgment and creative awareness</li><li>Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion)</li></ul>About Studio4Fold LLCStudio4Fold LLC is a creative design studio based in Al Rayyan, Qatar, focused on delivering innovative and impactful design solutions across branding, architecture, and visual communication.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to QAR650,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
