Job Summary:
Juniper and Pine Organics LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Organic Products Coordinator to oversee the sourcing, handling, and distribution of certified organic products. This role ensures that all products meet organic standards, align with company values, and maintain quality from supplier to customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the procurement of organic products from certified suppliers
• Verify organic certifications and maintain compliance with local and international standards
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock rotation to preserve product freshness
• Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Conduct quality checks and address any discrepancies or issues
• Maintain accurate records of product sourcing, certifications, and inventory
• Assist in developing new product lines aligned with organic and sustainable principles
• Support marketing initiatives by providing product knowledge and documentation
• Stay updated on organic industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience in organic products, food distribution, or supply chain coordination preferred
• Strong understanding of organic certification standards and sustainability practices
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
