HRC Steel Kitchen is seeking a meticulous and driven Kitchen Equipment Coordinator to join our growing team in Al Rayyan. Operating from Office 2105, Al Gharrafa Tower, we are a leading force in providing high-end industrial kitchen solutions across Qatar. The Opportunity

As our Kitchen Equipment Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact for the design, procurement, and installation of professional-grade culinary environments. From luxury hotels to high-volume commercial kitchens, you will ensure our steel-grade standards are met at every stage of the project.

Your Mission (Responsibilities)

• Equipment Orchestration: Manage the technical specifications and inventory for industrial kitchen ranges, refrigeration, and bespoke stainless steel fabrication.
• Project Liaison: Act as the vital link between our clients, design engineers, and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with international manufacturers and local logistics to ensure equipment arrives on-site and on-schedule.
• Quality & Compliance: Oversee equipment inspections, ensuring all installations meet Qatari safety standards and HRC Steel’s rigorous quality benchmarks.
• Client Consultation: Assist in selecting the right tools for the job, providing expert advice on durability, efficiency, and ergonomic kitchen flow.

Who You Are

• The Technical Specialist: You have a solid understanding of commercial kitchen equipment or industrial engineering (2+ years of experience preferred).
• The Organizer: You possess the ability to track complex orders and manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.
• The Communicator: Professional and articulate, with the ability to discuss technical requirements with engineers and aesthetic needs with chefs.
• The Local Professional: You are based in or around Doha/Al Rayyan and are ready to contribute to the city’s thriving culinary infrastructure.
