Position Overview
We are seeking a Graphic Design Coordinator to oversee and support daily design operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, design knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between creative teams, clients, and vendors. The Graphic Design Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery and maintaining Brandels Grafica LLC’s reputation for design innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate graphic design projects from concept to completion.
• Liaise with clients to understand design requirements and provide creative solutions.
• Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of design briefs, revisions, and approvals.
• Support branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all visual materials.
• Prepare reports on project performance and design outcomes.
• Stay updated on design trends and recommend innovative approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in design coordination or project management.
• Strong knowledge of design processes, branding, and creative workflows.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and design management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
