Rodamientos Vera LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Industrial Parts Coordinator to support our operations in Al Rayyan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the flow, availability, and accuracy of industrial spare parts and components essential to our business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the procurement, receipt, storage, and distribution of industrial parts and materials
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels meet operational requirements
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to track orders, delivery schedules, and pricing
• Verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance with purchase orders
• Support maintenance and operations teams by ensuring timely availability of required parts
• Implement inventory control procedures to reduce losses, shortages, and excess stock
• Prepare reports on inventory status, usage trends, and procurement needs
• Ensure proper labeling, cataloging, and organization of all stored materials
• Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and parts storage systems for efficiency
• Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for documentation and reporting compliance

Requirements:

• Previous experience in inventory control, logistics, or industrial supply chain coordination
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Familiarity with industrial mechanical or engineering components is an advantage
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial distribution sectors
• Knowledge of bearings, mechanical parts, or related industrial components
• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
