Position Overview
We are seeking a Shipping Coordinator to oversee and manage daily shipping operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, logistics knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, carriers, and internal teams. The Shipping Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Hawkeye Shipping LLC’s reputation for excellence in logistics services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping activities including scheduling, documentation, and tracking.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, contracts, and compliance documentation.
• Support customs clearance, freight forwarding, and resource allocation activities.
• Prepare reports on shipping performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist in organizing logistics meetings, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to Qatar’s shipping regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in shipping coordination, logistics, or freight management.
• Strong knowledge of shipping processes, documentation, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and logistics management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
