Filip Warulik LLC is seeking a highly organized and creatively driven Creative Studio Coordinator to support the daily operations of our design and content studio in Al Rayyan. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, production management, and team coordination.

Role Overview

The Creative Studio Coordinator will oversee workflow across creative projects, ensuring smooth communication between designers, photographers, editors, and clients. You will be responsible for keeping projects on schedule, maintaining production quality, and supporting the studio’s creative output from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the creative studio and manage project timelines
• Liaise between creative team members and clients to ensure clear communication
• Organize briefs, assets, and production schedules for ongoing projects
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are consistently met
• Support pre-production and post-production workflows for design, photo, and video projects
• Maintain organized file systems and project documentation
• Assist in scheduling shoots, meetings, and creative reviews
• Ensure quality control across all delivered creative materials
• Identify bottlenecks and help improve studio workflow efficiency

Requirements

• Experience in a creative agency, studio, or production environment preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with creative processes (design, photography, video production)
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion, or similar)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in media, communications, design, or related field
• Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
• Experience coordinating creative teams or freelance collaborators
