Job Overview:
Kharisma Kencana Rattan LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Rattan Products Coordinator to oversee the sourcing, production coordination, and quality control of rattan-based furniture and décor products. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient coordination between suppliers, artisans, and internal teams while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the sourcing and procurement of rattan materials and related components
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and artisans to manage production schedules
• Monitor product development from design to final delivery
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards and client expectations
• Maintain inventory records and track stock levels of raw materials and finished goods
• Collaborate with design and sales teams to develop new product lines and collections
• Ensure compliance with safety, sustainability, and quality regulations
• Prepare reports on production progress, costs, and timelines
• Resolve any issues related to delays, defects, or supply chain disruptions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Interior Design, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in product coordination, furniture production, or supply chain roles
• Knowledge of rattan materials, furniture production processes, or handicraft industries is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with international suppliers and logistics coordination
• Understanding of sustainable sourcing and eco-friendly materials
• Basic design knowledge or familiarity with furniture trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and detail-driven environment
