Position Overview
We are seeking a Creative Agency Coordinator to oversee and manage daily agency operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, creative industry knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, creative teams, and vendors. The Creative Agency Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery and maintaining The Perspective Agency LLC’s reputation for creative excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate creative projects from concept to execution.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide project updates.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of briefs, revisions, and approvals.
• Support branding and marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
• Prepare reports on project performance and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in creative agency coordination or project management.
• Strong knowledge of branding, marketing, and creative workflows.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
