Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Brand Coordinator to support the development and execution of brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will help maintain brand consistency across all channels, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and contribute to increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing brand marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, retail, and social media platforms
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, vendors, and agencies for marketing materials
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
- Support product launches, events, activations, and sponsorship activities
- Manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and project coordination
- Prepare presentations, reports, and campaign performance summaries
- Maintain and organize brand assets, guidelines, and marketing materials
- Coordinate social media and content scheduling with the digital marketing team
- Track budgets, invoices, and purchase requests related to branding activities
- Assist in conducting market research and customer feedback analysis
- Support internal communication initiatives related to brand campaigns
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in branding, marketing coordination, or related role
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools/platforms
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- Knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools
- Basic understanding of content marketing and brand strategy
- Experience coordinating events or promotional campaigns
