Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Job Summary
HOOPS is seeking a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to manage the brand’s digital presence and support in-store visual merchandising. This role focuses on content planning, campaign execution, and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram and other social media platforms, including content planning and publishing
- Develop and maintain a structured content calendar aligned with campaigns and product launches
- Create and oversee content production (photo, video, and short-form content)
- Coordinate and manage product photoshoots, including timelines and deliverables
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and product launches
- Manage storefront and in-store displays based on seasonality and brand direction
- Ensure consistent brand identity across digital and physical platforms
- Monitor engagement and performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Coordinate with external creatives (photographers, designers) when required

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand standards
- Strong visual sense and understanding of aesthetics
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
Preferred

- Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, etc.)
- Interest in fashion, beauty, or luxury retail
