Job Summary

HOOPS is seeking a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to manage the brand’s digital presence and support in-store visual merchandising. This role focuses on content planning, campaign execution, and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Instagram and other social media platforms, including content planning and publishing
  • Develop and maintain a structured content calendar aligned with campaigns and product launches
  • Create and oversee content production (photo, video, and short-form content)
  • Coordinate and manage product photoshoots, including timelines and deliverables
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Manage storefront and in-store displays based on seasonality and brand direction
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across digital and physical platforms
  • Monitor engagement and performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Coordinate with external creatives (photographers, designers) when required

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand standards
  • Strong visual sense and understanding of aesthetics
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proactive and able to take initiative
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation

Preferred

  • Interest in marketing, content creation, or retail
  • Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, etc.)
  • Interest in fashion, beauty, or luxury retail
  • CV and Portfolio required
