Automotive Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Automotive Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of the automotive industry, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of automotive marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time.
• Manage social media accounts and digital marketing activities for automotive promotions.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports for management.
• Support event planning, car shows, and client engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s marketing regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
