Job Description:
Motorox Gear LLC is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Automotive Director to lead and oversee all automotive operations at our West Bay location in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, managing automotive services, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for automotive operations and growth
• Oversee daily operations including service, maintenance, and automotive projects
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
• Lead, manage, and mentor automotive teams and department heads
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and profitability
• Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships
• Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with business objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in a senior automotive leadership role
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, operations, and industry best practices
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
