THE MISSION

Srishyam Motors LLC is seeking a high-caliber Automotive Finance Manager to lead the fiscal operations of our premium automotive dealership in Lusail. You will be the strategic lead responsible for optimizing the financial performance of our vehicle sales, service divisions, and inventory management, ensuring that our growth is backed by rigorous financial discipline.

YOUR IMPACT

• Inventory & Asset Control: Direct the financing and auditing of high-value vehicle inventory, ensuring precise floor-plan management and liquidity.
• F&I Strategy: Oversee the Finance & Insurance (F&I) department, analyzing product penetration and coordinating with banking partners to secure competitive retail financing options.
• Profitability Leadership: Conduct detailed variance analysis on sales margins, parts turnover, and service labor efficiency to maximize regional ROI.
• Governance & Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly financial statements and ensure total compliance with Qatari tax laws and automotive industry regulations.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experienced: You bring 8+ years of seniority in financial management, with a mandatory background in the automotive or heavy equipment sectors.
• Qualified: You hold a degree in Finance or Accounting; professional certifications such as a CPA or CMA are preferred.
• Technical: You possess advanced proficiency in automotive Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and ERP environments.
• Articulate: You have professional English fluency, essential for high-level stakeholder coordination and complex reporting.
