If you thrive on multitasking, enjoy engaging with diverse patrons, and have a passion for the food and beverage industry, this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your talents and grow within a dynamic team.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems to ensure accurate orders and transactions</li><li>Craft high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and food safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring their dining and drinking experience exceeds expectations</li><li>Manage cash handling duties accurately through POS systems while maintaining efficient serving times during busy hours</li><li>Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub service as needed to support large groups or special occasions</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to food handling regulations and sanitation procedures</li><li>Demonstrate effective time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities seamlessly during peak hours</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, especially within fine dining or nightclub settings preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction</li><li>Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using retail math and basic math skills</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure health compliance</li><li>Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus, along with familiarity with brewing or beverage preparation techniques</li><li>Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by hospitality operations</li></ul>Join us in delivering an energetic atmosphere where every guest leaves happy!
