Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems to ensure accurate orders and transactions
  • Craft high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and food safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring their dining and drinking experience exceeds expectations
  • Manage cash handling duties accurately through POS systems while maintaining efficient serving times during busy hours
  • Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub service as needed to support large groups or special occasions
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to food handling regulations and sanitation procedures
  • Demonstrate effective time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities seamlessly during peak hours

Requirements

  • Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, especially within fine dining or nightclub settings preferred
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using retail math and basic math skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure health compliance
  • Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus, along with familiarity with brewing or beverage preparation techniques
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by hospitality operations
