We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage strategic clients, strengthen relationships, and drive sustainable sales growth.Role OverviewAs a Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for strategic clients, responsible for developing long-term relationships, negotiating major contracts, and ensuring exceptional service delivery that meets client expectations while achieving company objectives.Key Responsibilities1️ Strategic Account Management<ul><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the medical sector (hospitals, clinics, labs, suppliers, pharmacies).</li><li>Monitor account performance daily to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.</li><li>Understand each client&rsquo;s specific needs, including materials, sizes, packaging, and other special requirements.</li></ul>2️ Sales &amp; Order Management<ul><li>Receive client orders and accurately convert them into production requests.</li><li>Prepare professional quotations based on specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules.</li><li>Monitor orders from approval to delivery, ensuring quality and compliance with medical standards.</li><li>Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.</li></ul>3️ Financial Management &amp; Collections<ul><li>Manage client accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.</li><li>Issue and review invoices accurately and resolve any discrepancies promptly.</li><li>Prepare regular reports on sales performance and outstanding payments for management.</li></ul>4️ Negotiation &amp; Sales Target Achievement<ul><li>Negotiate pricing, contracts, and discounts to maximize company profit.</li><li>Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.</li><li>Monitor competitors&rsquo; activity and recommend product or pricing improvements.</li></ul>5️ Business Development &amp; Market Expansion<ul><li>Identify new clients and opportunities to expand the company&rsquo;s market share.</li><li>Provide strategic recommendations to enhance product lines based on market trends and client demands.</li><li>Participate in medical exhibitions and sector events to enhance company presence.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in medical apparel manufacturing (mandatory).</li><li>Strong knowledge of medical-grade materials and production processes.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and client relationship management skills.</li><li>Proficient in Excel, Word, ERP systems (if applicable).</li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; able to work under pressure.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license (if field visits are required).</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive base salary + attractive monthly commissions and performance incentives.</li><li>Career growth and promotion opportunities within a professional work environment.</li><li>Social and medical insurance as per company policy.</li><li>Opportunity to work with top-tier medical clients and build a strategic network.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From ﷼4,500.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>sales: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>english (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Riyadh (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>100% (Required)</li></ul>
