Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and schedule daily dispatches as per customer orders and batching capacity.</li><li>Coordinate with the batching plant, quality control, and maintenance teams for smooth delivery operations.</li><li>Allocate transit mixers, pumps, and other vehicles based on order priorities and availability.</li><li>Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of concrete to avoid delays at site.</li><li>Maintain dispatch records such as challans, delivery slips, and trip sheets.</li><li>Communicate effectively with drivers regarding route, timing, and load details.</li><li>Monitor vehicle movement through GPS and ensure efficient route utilization.</li><li>Update customers on delivery status and manage last-minute order changes.</li><li>Coordinate with accounts for billing-related documents and proof of delivery.</li><li>Maintain daily reports on dispatch quantity, rejected loads, idle time, etc.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies during dispatch operations.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Strong planning and multitasking ability.</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP/Dispatch Software).</li><li>Knowledge of local routes and RMC logistics.</li><li>Problem-solving and time management skills.</li></ul>Contact : 9712297852Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
