Key Responsibilities (Site HR)

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Attracting, screening, and hiring staff, creating job descriptions, and ensuring smooth integration.
  • Employee Relations: Addressing grievances, managing conflicts, and promoting a positive, compliant work environment.
  • HR Operations: Payroll, benefits administration, maintaining records, and ensuring data confidentiality.
  • Compliance & Policy: Implementing labor laws, company policies, and managing health & safety.
  • Training & Development: Identifying needs, organizing programs, and supporting career growth.
  • Performance Management: Overseeing appraisals and systems that drive high performance.

Typical Duties

  • Partner with managers to anticipate staffing needs.
  • Manage site-specific HR processes, including blue-collar/contract hiring.
  • Develop and implement local HR initiatives.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and employee welfare.

Core Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR/Business.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and employment law.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with high ethical standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
