Key Responsibilities (Site HR)
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Attracting, screening, and hiring staff, creating job descriptions, and ensuring smooth integration.
- Employee Relations: Addressing grievances, managing conflicts, and promoting a positive, compliant work environment.
- HR Operations: Payroll, benefits administration, maintaining records, and ensuring data confidentiality.
- Compliance & Policy: Implementing labor laws, company policies, and managing health & safety.
- Training & Development: Identifying needs, organizing programs, and supporting career growth.
- Performance Management: Overseeing appraisals and systems that drive high performance.
Typical Duties
- Partner with managers to anticipate staffing needs.
- Manage site-specific HR processes, including blue-collar/contract hiring.
- Develop and implement local HR initiatives.
- Handle disciplinary actions and employee welfare.
Core Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Business.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and employment law.
- Ability to handle confidential information with high ethical standards.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
