 Job Description:
 
 
 
 We are seeking a skilled
 
 Manual Tester
 
 with hands-on experience in the
 
 Fintech domain
 
 to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software testing concepts, fintech workflows, and exceptional attention to detail to ensure high-quality product delivery.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create and execute
 
 manual test cases
 
 , test plans, and test scenarios for fintech products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform
 
 functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify, document, and track software defects using
 
 bug tracking tools
 
 (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with developers and business analysts to understand product requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Validate fintech processes like
 
 payments, fund transfers, KYC, and transaction modules
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform
 
 API validation
 
 using tools like
 
 Postman
 
 (basic knowledge required).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure test deliverables are of high quality and meet project timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate actively in
 
 Agile/Scrum
 
 processes and sprint planning.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of hands-on experience in
 
 Manual Testing
 
 (preferably in
 
 Fintech/BFSI
 
 domain).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of
 
 SDLC, STLC
 
 , and
 
 defect life cycle
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in
 
 web and mobile application testing
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of
 
 SQL
 
 for database validation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in using test management tools like
 
 JIRA, TestRail
 
 , or similar.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Good to Have:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Exposure to
 
 API testing
 
 (Postman).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with
 
 Automation tools
 
 (basic understanding of Selenium/Cypress).
 </li>

 Knowledge of
 
 Fintech regulations

 banking workflows

 Qualification:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
