Job Title: Manual Tester – Fintech Domain

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Manual Tester with hands-on experience in the Fintech domain to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software testing concepts, fintech workflows, and exceptional attention to detail to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute manual test cases , test plans, and test scenarios for fintech products.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing .
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
• Work closely with developers and business analysts to understand product requirements.
• Validate fintech processes like payments, fund transfers, KYC, and transaction modules .
• Perform API validation using tools like Postman (basic knowledge required).
• Ensure test deliverables are of high quality and meet project timelines.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum processes and sprint planning.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing (preferably in Fintech/BFSI domain).
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC , and defect life cycle .
• Experience in web and mobile application testing .
• Good understanding of SQL for database validation.
• Proficiency in using test management tools like JIRA, TestRail , or similar.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to API testing (Postman).
• Familiarity with Automation tools (basic understanding of Selenium/Cypress).
• Knowledge of Fintech regulations , data security , or banking workflows .

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Immediate joiner preferred.
