If you thrive on physical activity, enjoy working outdoors, and are eager to learn, this is the perfect role for you to kick-start or advance your career in construction.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with the installation of rebar, framing, drywall, roofing, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools.</li><li>Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, concrete pumps, and mixers safely and efficiently.</li><li>Read blueprints and schematics to support accurate construction processes and ensure adherence to project specifications.</li><li>Perform concrete finishing, stucco application, caulking, tile laying, flooring installation, and masonry work to achieve high-quality results.</li><li>Conduct demolition, renovation tasks, restoration work, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized job site.</li><li>Support the installation of heavy-duty systems such as metal stud framing, concrete forms, and masonry structures.</li><li>Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with construction estimating when needed.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades such as carpentry, masonry, or roofing is highly preferred.</li><li>Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout the workday.</li><li>Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation.</li><li>Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction safety protocols.</li><li>Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, climb ladders or scaffolding for extended periods.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license for commercial driving or operating company vehicles is a plus.</li><li>Willingness to learn new skills such as concrete pumping or metal stud framing; certification in relevant areas is advantageous.
