Location: Gurgaon Industry: Construction Interior ArchitectureJob SummarySDS HOMZ is looking for a smart, confident female Telecaller to handle inbound &amp; outbound calls, follow up with clients, and support the sales team by booking meetings and generating qualified leads for construction and interior projects.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain SDS HOMZ construction &amp; interior services.</li><li>Handle incoming inquiries from WhatsApp, calls, and website leads.</li><li>Follow up with warm leads and convert them into appointments for the sales team.</li><li>Maintain daily call logs, lead records, and follow-up schedules in Google Sheets/CRM.</li><li>Ensure excellent customer handling with a polite and professional tone.</li><li>Achieve daily/weekly call and lead-generation targets.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Female candidate only</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling / customer service / sales calling (preferred)</li><li>Strong communication skills (Hindi &amp; basic English)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
