Senior Architect

Location: Gurugram / NCR Company: SDS HOMZ Pvt. Ltd. Experience: 3–10 Years Employment Type: Full-Time ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Senior Architect who can independently manage residential and commercial projects from concept to execution, coordinate with consultants and site teams, and ensure design intent is delivered with technical accuracy and quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design & Planning

• Lead architectural design from concept to detailed working drawings
• Prepare and review GFC drawings, layouts, sections, elevations & details
• Ensure compliance with local by-laws, NBC & authority norms
• Coordinate with structural, MEP & interior teams

Execution & Site Coordination

• Translate design intent into accurate site execution
• Conduct regular site visits and resolve design-related issues
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers & vendors
• Approve shop drawings, material selections & mockups

Client & Consultant Management

• Lead client meetings, design presentations & approvals
• Manage client expectations, revisions & scope changes
• Coordinate with external consultants and authorities

Project Control

• Maintain drawing schedules and design timelines
• Support BOQ finalization and value engineering
• Ensure design quality, constructability & cost efficiency

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Education

• B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) – Mandatory
• COA Registration – Preferred

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD – Expert
• SketchUp + V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion
• Working knowledge of Revit (preferred)
• Strong detailing & construction knowledge

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership & team management skills
• Excellent communication & client handling
• Problem-solving mindset with execution focus

EXPERIENCE & PROJECT TYPE

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience
• Strong exposure in Residential Villas, Builder Floors, Commercial Projects
• Design–Build / Turnkey project experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
