 Job Overview
 
 
 
 We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing &amp; Lead Generation Strategist with a strong background in data-driven digital advertising and scalable lead-generation systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing performance campaigns across multiple advertising platforms for international markets, particularly the Gulf (GCC) region and Europe.
 
 
 This role demands the ability to manage high-volume workloads while consistently delivering measurable growth. Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, PPC strategies, funnel development, CRO-focused campaigns, and lead-generation frameworks is essential. Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and optionally TikTok &amp; Snapchat Ads.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and implement lead-generation strategies for both local and international clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and manage marketing funnels and automation workflows to improve conversion journeys.
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize campaigns using CRO best practices to enhance performance and lower acquisition costs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage E-commerce performance campaigns, including product sales funnels and advanced retargeting strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop compelling ad copy for campaigns, landing pages, and creatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable optimization insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with design, content, and development teams to ensure campaign alignment and execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up to date with platform updates, advertising trends, and industry best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate and coordinate with international clients, particularly from GCC and European markets.
 </li>

 Requirements

 Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (mandatory).
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience running campaigns for GCC and/or European markets (required).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnels, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in lead generation, PPC, and conversion-focused advertising.
 </li>
 <li>
 Practical experience in CRO, funnel building, and marketing automation systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid background in E-commerce advertising.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong copywriting skills for ads and landing pages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic working knowledge of Shopify and WordPress.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage heavy workloads and multiple deadlines efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent English communication and speaking skills (mandatory).
 </li>
