Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Strategist with a strong background in data-driven digital advertising and scalable lead-generation systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing performance campaigns across multiple advertising platforms for international markets, particularly the Gulf (GCC) region and Europe.
This role demands the ability to manage high-volume workloads while consistently delivering measurable growth. Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, PPC strategies, funnel development, CRO-focused campaigns, and lead-generation frameworks is essential. Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities

Plan execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and optionally TikTok & Snapchat Ads.

Design and implement lead-generation strategies for both local and international clients.

Build and manage marketing funnels and automation workflows to improve conversion journeys.

Optimize campaigns using CRO best practices to enhance performance and lower acquisition costs.

Manage E-commerce performance campaigns, including product sales funnels and advanced retargeting strategies.

Develop compelling ad copy for campaigns, landing pages, and creatives.

Analyze campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable optimization insights.

Collaborate closely with design, content, and development teams to ensure campaign alignment and execution.

Stay up to date with platform updates, advertising trends, and industry best practices.

Handle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Communicate and coordinate with international clients, particularly from GCC and European markets.
Requirements

Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (mandatory).

Demonstrated experience running campaigns for GCC and/or European markets (required).

Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnels, retargeting, and audience segmentation.

Expertise in lead generation, PPC, and conversion-focused advertising.

Practical experience in CRO, funnel building, and marketing automation systems.

Solid background in E-commerce advertising.

Strong copywriting skills for ads and landing pages.

Basic working knowledge of Shopify and WordPress.

Ability to manage heavy workloads and multiple deadlines efficiently.

Excellent English communication and speaking skills (mandatory).
