Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities. This role focuses on outbound and inbound lead generation, initial prospect engagement, and setting up qualified meetings for the sales team.

The ideal candidate is confident in communication, resilient, goal-driven, and eager to grow a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads and target accounts
  • Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads
  • Engage prospects to understand needs, challenges, and interest level
  • Schedule qualified meetings or demos for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture early-stage leads
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly outreach and qualification targets
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and market responses

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in speaking with prospects and handling objections
  • Ability to work with targets and performance metrics
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales, lead generation, or cold outreach
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, or CRMs
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and qualification frameworks
  • Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, or agency environments
  • Ability to analyze outreach performance and optimize messaging

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles
