Field Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and field-oriented Field Officer who will represent the company at the ground level and actively contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, customer interaction, and exploring new development opportunities in the market.

Core Responsibilities:

• Explore untapped territories and establish the company’s presence in new locations.
• Introduce and promote company products/services in new and under-developed market areas.
• Play a major role in launching new products, services, and initiatives in the market. Identify growth gaps, market potential, and customer demand before competitors do.
• Strengthen brand positioning by making the company visible, trusted, and preferred in new areas.
• Ensure continuous achievement of sales targets while expanding the customer base.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Maintain detailed reports on new leads, development activities, and market expansion progress.
• Share insights on customer behavior, competition, and emerging opportunities with management.
• Work closely with internal teams to align field development with business strategy.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
• Ability to identify opportunities and take initiative in new market development.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
• Prior field sales or development experience is an advantage; freshers may apply.
